  1. SPONSOR 

The Dispatch Outdoors Rifle & Hunt Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Dispatch Outdoors (“Sponsor”). Sponsor is solely responsible for this Promotion.

  1. ELIGIBILITY 

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. 

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to enter.

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD 

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM (Mountain Time) on [START DATE] and ends at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) on [END DATE – 60 DAYS LATER] (“Promotion Period”). 

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.

  1. HOW TO ENTER 
  2. Purchase Entry Method 

Eligible participants may receive entries by purchasing qualifying merchandise, memberships, or digital products from Sponsor during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase will receive the number of entries disclosed at the point of sale.

Entries received through purchase are considered bonus entries.

  1. FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE) 

To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit one (1) free entry by completing the online entry form available during the Promotion Period. To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, submit a 4″ x 6.5″ individually stamped postcard, written legibly and hand-printed, including the following information: 

  • Full name 
  • Complete home mailing address, including city, state/province, and ZIP/postal code • Telephone number with area code 
  • Email address (if available)

Each properly completed postcard will constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. 

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 10, 2026 and received by March 16, 2026 to be eligible. 

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, mutilated, postage-due, or misdirected entries. All mail-in entries become the exclusive property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. 

Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Promotion Period. Free entries have equal odds of winning as paid entries.

  1. PRIZE DESCRIPTION 

One (1) Winner Will Receive: 

  • Custom Rifle Package — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $15,000 
  • Guided Hunt Experience — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25,000 Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $40,000

Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

  1. FIREARM TRANSFER & LEGAL COMPLIANCE 

Any firearm prize will be transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in the winner’s state of residence. Winner must successfully complete all required background checks and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. 

If the selected winner is legally prohibited from possessing a firearm, Sponsor may, at its sole discretion: 

  • Award an alternate prize of equal value, or 
  • Select an alternate winner.

  1. HUNT PRIZE CONDITIONS 

The hunt prize: 

  • Does not include travel to or from the hunt location unless expressly stated otherwise • Requires the winner to obtain all required licenses, permits, and tags • Must be scheduled within 12 months of winner notification 
  • Must be completed within 24 months, subject to season dates, outfitter availability, and applicable regulations 
  • Requires reasonable physical fitness and legal eligibility to participate ⸻ 
  1. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS 

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends. 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. ⸻ 

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION 

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

Winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release where permitted by law.

  1. PUBLICITY 

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS 

Sponsor reserves the right to: 

  • Disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process 
  • Cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud or technical issues compromise integrity Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

  1. GOVERNING LAW 

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Sponsor may adjust entry pricing during the Promotion Period. Any pricing changes will not reduce the number of entries or odds of winning for existing entrants. All prior entries will be honored or upgraded accordingly.

This Promotion is void in New York and Florida and where otherwise prohibited by law.
